Throughout the year Dr. Sterrett engages in a very active speaking …“Doctor’s Program”…with referring doctors and their staff. These lunchtime meetings prove to be a great communication venue for doctors & staff where they can exchange ideas, information, and case treatments. Research Program/Publications:

Dr. Sterrett has had a keen interest in dental research throughout his career.  Dr. Sterrett and his research teams have published 27 articles in referred journals. Some of these journals are recognized as the most prestigious in the discipline of dentistry. Since coming to East Tennessee he has expanded his research team to include faculty from Maryville College, UT Knoxville Graduate Medical Center, and UTK undergraduate campus.
